Week 6

Prototype 

• Conveyor Belt cut and stapled
• fit must be very tight around axle to turn
• conveyor belt cut approx 2 inches off length to make tighter
• stapled horizontally across gap
• Cut the front side off of the bottom clear bin 
• for ease of access to filter
• will not interfere with movement of conveyor belt 
• Drilled spots for cotter pins 
• Sewed sides of opened filter together
